Further.
Supporting leaders, charities, and women through change — from uncertainty, through clarity, toward what comes next.
Over two decades.
Real transformation.
Catherine Winfield has been coaching since 2012, working with leaders, charities, and women across public, private, and educational sectors throughout the UK.
You're mid-change.
The path forward
isn't clear yet.
That feeling — somewhere between where you were and where you need to be — is exactly where coaching does its best work. Not by telling you what to do, but by helping you see what you already know.
Catherine works with people at the moments that actually matter: stepping into leadership, navigating organisational change, finding direction after a transition. Real situations. Real progress.

1-1 Coaching
The highest level of personalised support — online or face-to-face. A dedicated, confidential relationship that drives significant personal and professional growth, tailored entirely to your needs, goals, and challenges.
Weekly sessions
Fortnightly sessions
Triad Coaching
A collaborative approach involving 3–6 participants: the coach, the learner, and observers sharing a common agenda. Multiple perspectives challenge assumptions and introduce fresh ways of thinking about a problem or goal.
Also known as Action Learning in organisational contexts
Group Coaching
Guiding larger groups in shared coaching sessions — fostering collective learning, peer support, and collaborative problem-solving. Often focused on a specific agenda such as managing transition or organisational change.
A collaborative, supportive space where women explore personal and professional growth — addressing well-being, confidence, leadership, and career advancement in a safe, inclusive environment.
Expert coach.
Real human.
Catherine Winfield established Go Further in 2012, already carrying over two decades of experience in driving organisational growth and individual transformation.
With a rich background spanning public, private, and educational sectors, she has expanded her work to focus on charities, women, and leaders — particularly those facing life or work-based changes.
Her approach helps people understand transition — supporting the anxiety of letting go, through to clarity and new beginnings.
